that promote healthy lifestyle choices,
support daily well-being and enable
independent living for as long as safely possible.

Specialty Roast Coffee will donate $2 per pound for every pound you buy online. Specialty Roast’s mission is
to deliver fresher, better-tasting coffee and do ‘a world of good’ by sharing their profits with non-profits.

Y The Friendly Visitor Program brings
friendship to over 150 isolated seniors

Y V.I.P. Rides matches volunteers to
 assist/accompany seniors and persons
with disabilities while traveling with
Fremont, Newark, or Union City
Paratransit for appointments,
shopping, and errands.

Y Senior Falls Prevention Program includes
in-home exercises, home falls risk
assessment and recommendations,
minor home modifications
(such as grab bars, hand held shower,
toilet lift, etc.) and medication analysis
by trained staff professional for possible drug
interaction (a large risk factor in falls.)
